Community Service 

Our Mission Statement: We serve in God's World, who commissions us to serve our fellow man and is shown through community service.  The community Service Team determines and coordinates service projects that benefit either our local, regional, or international communities.

Sandwich Saturday - Packing sack lunches for those who are in need and hand them out with in the community.
Food Pantry
Every month the community service team notifies the church of a particular item the Derby Food Pantry is in need of.  The Derby Food Pantry helps out those in need throughout our community. 

​Operation Holiday & Christmas in July
​Operation Holiday focuses on collecting food and other various items for our adopt-a-families.  

Christmas in July focuses on making Christmas cards that will be sent to deployed service men and women during the Christmas season of that year.  
​Park Hill Elementary Greeters

Park Hill Elementary greeters welcome the students, teachers, and parents on Monday mornings.  There is no better start to a day than to offer others a smile and a greeting.  

​Lutheran World Relief 

Lutheran World Relief is an organization that helps those in need all over the world.  Cross of Glory supports this ministry and their mission to help others while spreading the love of Jesus Christ.
